Cleaning Pricing
Our vacation rental turnover pricing is based on local market averages for St. Johns County and the greater St. Augustine area, ensuring fair, transparent, and competitive rates while maintaining five‑star standards of cleanliness and presentation. Each property is quoted and priced according to owners needs and expectations.

Handyman Services
Goode Property Solutions has partnered with Elite Custom Construction & Remodeling LLC, a fully licensed and insured local company to offer our clients convenience when repairs are needed.
Services include minor repairs, fixing fixtures, fixture replacements, furniture assembly, all the way up to interior remodeling.
Service fees vary based on hourly $70, half-day $300, full-day $500 or quoted by scope of project.
